3041435 - Error ''This item does not have any online objects available at this moment" when launching Item

When a user tries to launch an Online item, the following error occurs: 
''This item does not have any online objects available at this moment"

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to SAP SuccessFactors Learning as a User.
2. Launch the affected Item/ Online Course

1. Clear the browser cache and test again to verify if the issue is resolved.
2.  If clearing the browser cache does not resolve the issue, re-import the online content. Re-importing refers to creating a new online content object by importing the same online content as a new content object.
3. Assign or attach the newly created content object to the item. 
4. Assign the Item to the user.
5. Test again to confirm if the user can successfully launch the content.
6. If the issue persists, use the Content Reassignment Wizard to reassign the item to the affected users.
7. Ensure to select only the users experiencing the issue and unselect others. Refer to the above KBA 2328118 for detailed instructions on using the Content Reassignment Wizard.
8. Note that the Content Reassignment Wizard will only reassign the content and not the item itself. Users who have completed or have not started the item will remain unaffected. Only users currently in progress will need to restart the item.
