Symptom

When printing "Accounts Document Output - China" app , the document is split into some line items which is different from it in "Manage Journal Entries" app.

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Fill in the mandatory fields in " "Accounts Document Output - China" app  
  2. Execute and the document is split into some line items

Cause

Document display in "General Ledger View", not display in "Entry View", this is the reason why the document is split into some line items when printing.

Resolution

There is a field named "Document Display in" under Output Type, please choose "Entry View" and the document will not be split.
