3041536 - Completing Signup Without Yet Sending Requests to Mentors - 1H 2021 (b2105)

During signing up for a mentoring program, mentors and mentees may want to save the draft input and come back later to finish the signup process.

SAP SuccessFactors Mentoring

1. Go to Mentoring and sign up for the mentoring program as a mentor or mentee;
2. Input some preferences and upload documents if applicable;
3. Choose "Save for Later":

4. Go to Mentoring and the Mentoring program should be labeled "Saved for later":

When employees sign up for a mentoring program, they can now save the program for completing signup for later.

Their answers to signup questions and uploaded documents are saved, but mentees' selections of preferred mentors are not saved. Also, the program remains on the Invitations or Open Enrollment tab and is marked with an icon and the Saved for later text.
