3041790 - Error Message no. FH087 when changing Open Item Management (OIM) in Master Data app -SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public edition

When attempting to enable OIM for a GL account in app "Manage G/L Account Master Data" (APP ID F0731A), getting the error message no. FH087: "You cannot change the open item management at this point"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Go to App Manage G/L Account Master Data.
2. Insert the GL account.
3. Change the OIM flag.
4. When saving the change the message FH087: "You cannot change the open item management at this point"
