Symptom

  • Encryption error Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "SQL Server returned an incomplete response.
  • Certificates do not conform to algorithm constraints"
  • Test connection based on SQL Server JDBC fails in Information Design Tool with error : "The following database error occurred: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "java.security.cert.CertificateException: Certificates do not conform to algorithm constraints". ClientConnectionId:4aa6fe25-adc0-4cfa-ace5-3c6988e5f4c0.
