3041841 - the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty: SAP Cloud Connector subaccount connection error

Symptom

Sub-account connectivity from SCC to BTP is failing with following error from SCC trace (ljs_trace.log).

#Preparation of tunnel certificate for <BTP subaccount> account failed.
Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error:
java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty
