Symptom

  • [[RecommendedReason]] does not contain value when (ONB) Recommended People Assignment email is sent
  • Intermittent issue

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Select user as recommended person in NHA
  2. Populate Recommend Reason text area
  3. Email (ONB) Recommended People Assignment is sent
  4. Token does not contain the value entered in text area

Resolution

  1. Engineering team are aware of this issue
  2. It is happening intermittently, due to async sca
  3. Code fix OBX-16949 has been created by engineering to resolve there is no confirmed fix date
