3042225 - OISD Tasklist addition in Main and sub order

When we implement the consulting note PCN-HCL-0049, it does not prevent the addition of task list from transaction- OISD in to the main refurbishment order created during the induction. Also it does not add the task list from OISD in to the sub-order created post main refurb order during the induction itself.
