- When trying to open a PDF files from a custom Home Page Tile, download link does not open any PDF documents.
- Download links with PDF is blocking the documents from opening.
- Home Page Tile links does not work and unable to open any document.
- System is preventing the link from opening the documents.

Resolution
- This could be an issue with MDF Object OBITenantConfig reading from cache. If value is available then it is returned. Internal user has to access the document once before any external user can access it.
- If the value is not present in the cache, it returns blank value in MDF table. Then it is not visible to external user.
- Open SAP support case to change the external user visibility on the object.
