3042438 - How to Edit Information Directly on Talent Card

How can information be edited directly on the Talent Card in Calibration, Presentations or Succession?

Is it possible to print Succession Talent Cards?

SAP SuccessFactors Presentations

Open up the Talent Card via Calibration, Presentations or Succession and note the following features:

1. Select the Actions Menu and note the "People Profile" is available;
2. Verify that Talent Information section has an action button;
3. Note that background portlets have an action button:

1. People Profile Link - Allows users to navigate to People Profile for further talent processes.

2. Edit Talent Information - Allows users to edit the data from the Talent Information directly on Talent Card.

3. Edit Background Information - Allows users to edit the data from Background Elements directly on the Talent Card.

1. People Profile Link - Login user must has "Live Profile Access" permission.

2. Edit Talent Information - Login user must have "View" and/or "Edit" permission for the Standard Element(s) in their Role Based Permissions. The fields which are editable are only those which are also supported for the "Live Profile User Information" block in the People Profile.  

3. Edit Background Information - Login user must have "View" and/or "Edit" permission for the Background Element(s) in their Role Based Permissions and the Background Block must be configured in "Configure People Profile".

 Note:

Printing of Succession Talent Cards is currently not supported. There is no known workaround available at this time.
