In order to identify the Section index, an Ad hoc report can be created with the settings below:

  1. Go to Report Center > Create a Table Report with Performance Management Domain
  2. In the Dataset tab select the template to which the Information is required
  3. In the Columns tab you can select: "Form Template Name", "Form Template ID" and the Section Fields "Section ID" and "Section Name"

With this field the report will be like the sample below:

The Section Index is the Section ID from the Report.

Another scenario to check the Section Index is by exporting the Form XML file:

  1. Go to Admin Center > Performance Management > Form template Settings
  2. Select the target Template
  3. On the right side click on the Download Form Template
  4. Open the Zip file downloaded
  5. Open the XML file
  6.  You can check all the form sections and the Index is related right after the section type and below the section configuration is the section name
