3042513 - Career Development Plan Error: All the associated learning activities should be completed before Goal completed

When trying to save a development goal, receive an error:

All the associated learning activities should be completed before Goal completed.

• SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Home dropdown > Goals
3. Select the Development Goal tab
4. Select a development plan
5. Locate a development goal > in the bottom left-hand corner, change the status to Completed
6. Receive error

Associated learning activities are not in a Completed or Locked status

When Transcript is enabled, the Development Plan verifies if all associated Learning Activities are completed before allowing users to change a goal status to Completed. 

To resolve the issue, correct the status of the Learning Activities to Completed or Locked.
