3042936 - Could not perform this operation error in Send Test Message functionality

Symptom

  • When using the Send Test Message functionality in Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) the file upload fails with the error  "Could not perform this operation"

  • You may get this error when uploading a file which previously worked without any issue. 
  • You may get this error when uploading a file which has an extension other than *.txt or *.xml (these are the new default values)
  • You may get this error when uploading a file has no extension.
