3042937 - New UI: LMS Class Contact not getting Notifications for User registrations.

The Contact of a Class should be notified if somebody registers (is enrolled) for a class, either by Admin or the User registering themselves.

We have the following settings on Class level for Notifications:

Email Confirmation for Admin-Initiated Actions Email confirmation to the User
Email Confirmation for Admin-Initiated Actions Email confirmation to the Manager
Email Confirmation for Admin-Initiated Actions Email confirmation to the Instructor
Email Confirmation for Admin-Initiated Actions Email confirmation to the Contacts
Email Confirmation for Admin-Initiated Actions Email Confirmation to the Reservation Owner

Email Confirmation for User-Initiated Actions Email confirmation to the User
Email Confirmation for User-Initiated Actions Email confirmation to the Manager
Email Confirmation for User-Initiated Actions Email confirmation to the Instructor
Email Confirmation for User-Initiated Actions Email confirmation to the Contacts

The notification for Contacts could be set to No.

Or

The contact details have not been entered on the Contact Tab of the Class.

Correct the notification settings and update the Contact Tab with the contacts email address.

If you cannot see the above options on the Class main page, then please go to Entity Configuration see if they are enabled.

System Administration > Configuration > Entity Configuration > Select Entity – “Class” > Enable options:
