3042974 - Schemas missing in Story

• Standard and/or custom schemas missing when creating a Story report.
• Schemas are missing in 'Create Story' permission in Role Based Permissions 
• Manage Data -> Report Schema Configuration Entity shows no results or schemas available
• When creating a new Story report, the list of available schemas does not load in query designer and the following message is shown:
  Sorry, the server did not send the data you need. This might be a temporary server problem, so please try again later. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.
• In the browser console logs the following error for type=erm_domains is shown: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500()"
