3042987 - Imported Reports from Content Store are Automatically Shared with all Users

• Reports imported from Content Store appear to have a shared icon once imported.
• Check the sharing of the report and the report is not shared with anyone.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login to SuccessFactors.
2. Navigate to Reporting.
3. Import a report from Content Store.
4. You will see a shared icon beside the report, but you have not shared the report with any user.

This is currently an expected behavior based on SAC folder logic. The icon indicates that the Story is currently in the public folder meaning it is accessible to users with access to Report Centre. Users running the templates would only see data for which they have permission to see. 

If you go to Share the Story, you will see that the report is not shared with anyone. 

Reports are not visible to non-admin users with below mentioned steps:

1. Import any template from the content store.
2. Go to sharing of the report.
3. See the report is not shared with anyone.
4. Click on Save.
5. Return to Report Center & see the shared icon is removed.
6. Log in with another user(non-admin) that is not supposed to see the report.
7. Validate the sharing is removed from all non-admin users.

Note: If import of same story is repeated then same set of steps needs to be repeated as well to un-share with all non-admin users.
