Overview
Development Plan permissions work similarly to Goal Plan permissions. You have “access” permissions that define who will be able to access the Development Plan with their user, which is configured in RBP, and you have the permissions over the content and actions inside the Development Plan, which are defined in the XML code of the Development Plan template.
