3043079 - Changing the label for the message displayed while not accepting DPCS

• Changing the label of the message displayed when DPCS is not accepted while creating an account.

1. Click on Apply for any open Job Requisition
2. Create a new account 
3. Donot accept DPCS and click on create account
4. Error message is displayed

The error message which is getting displayed is coming from Language pack

The key which is responsible is RECRUITING_TERMS_OF_USE.

Change the associated label with the Key from the desired language pack and you can have your own customized message being displayed.
