3043106 - AAPO181 - Execute Settlement - For AuC

Symptom

A settlement in the Execute Settlement - For AuC app raises error AAPO181 "Enter both quantity and unit of measure".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter the Execute Settlement - For AuC app.
  2. Enter the details of the company and asset for settlement.
  3. Either post or simulate the posting

Cause

The asset has been assigned a Unit of Measurement in the Manage Fixed Assets app, but there is no quantity on the asset.

Resolution

Reverse the postings on the AUC. Create a new AUC and final asset without a Unit of Measurement, re-create the postings on the new AUC and complete the settlement.
