3043113 - Where to? error message appears when logging into SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following error occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• Where to?

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. Open tenant URL in the browser.
2. Enter your E-Mail or user ID and password.
3. Observe 'Where to?' message.
4. Open direct tenant URL.
5. Observe that the user can log in.

• A custom IDP setting process left the traces of another IDP during the login process, which is redirecting to a <tenant>.authentication.sap.hana.ondemand.com page.
• There are two active IdPs.
• Authentication link is used instead of the tenant URL link.

• Open an case on the component LOD-ANA-AUT to be further processed by operations team, to remove the traced of not used IDP. Please specify the name of the correct custom IDP in the support case.
• If you are using the option Allow users stored in Identity Authentication Service to log on in IAS, and using the authentication link, for example <tenant>.authentication.<data_center> link, after login, navigate to the SAC tenant URL link (i.e. <tenant>.<data_center>.hcs.cloud.sap).
