When the Candidate self schedule Interview is enabled, the email template associated with the candidate self schedule trigger will be preselected while scheduling the interview.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log in to the instance
2. Enable the trigger Candidate Self Schedule interview and associate an email template
3. Go to interview scheduling
4. Select a candidate and schedule an interview
5. The email template will be preselected

This is working as designed. If Candidate Self Schedule Interview is not enabled, then the templates will not be preselected while scheduling an interview.
