SAP SuccessFactors Career Worksheet

Career Worksheet enables users to view and save job roles, and to gain an understanding of the development effort required to move into a future role. Each role on the worksheet displays the job code, description, and competencies required (as defined in Families & Roles). It can also display a gap analysis for each competency, comparing the last rating of record specified for the employee with the expected rating for that role.

This is an SAP SuccessFactors Business Beyond Bias feature. Use it to support processes that detect, prevent, or eliminate the influence of bias, helping you achieve your diversity and inclusion goals.
