3043225 - error while loading shared libraries: libpdfl.so

Symptom

  • ADS scenarios in abap systems are throwing errors:
    SYSTEM ERROR: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: XMLFM Exception during render: com.adobe.ProcessingException(200.101).
    Exception of class NO_EXCEPTION_CLASS
  • XMLForm.exe on ADS server terminated despite all rpm packages listsed in note 2135057 are installed.
  • The following errors are logged in default trace:
    /usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2ee/os_libs/adssap/XMLFormService/bin/XMLForm: error while loading shared libraries: libpdfl.so: cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied
    ......
    Service XMLFormService: Native process (PID=0) /usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2ee/os_libs/adssap/XMLFormService/bin/XMLForm.exe terminated abnormally with error code 127#
