3043229 - Error FE586 is raised in FGI0 for Report Types 003 and 004

Symptom

After system upgrade, error FE586 is raised when you start one of the reports in Report Types 003 and 004 with a specified ledger.
You also find that the layout of this report is different from the one before upgrading.

Report: 0SAPPAYABL01, 0SAPPAYABL02, 0SAPRECIEV01 or 0SAPRECIEV02
Error FE586: Ledger specified is not compatible with the report
