Symptom

When trying to access the Fiori APP 'Manage Organization Model' or 'Search Organizations' or 'Search: Organizational Model', the system is giving Business Server Page (BSP) Error : Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error. In SM21, the following message is shown:
