Symptom

 Product with status LOST in opportunity is getting copied to follow up quote.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales work center
  2. Choose view Opportunities 
  3. Open opportunity XYZ (XYZ represents opportunity ID)
  4. Navigate to Sales quote Tab
  5. Add new quote to the opportunity 
  6. The lost status Products get added to follow up Quote.

Cause

Current logic is that system does not supress the products with status LOST.

Resolution

Product with status LOST in opportunity is getting copied to follow up quote but it is planned to change the current logic and suppress items that have status Lost if a follow-up sales quote or sales order is created from an opportunity. The feature is planned for release 2102.
