The statistical flag in the pricing procedure would normally be used to mark a condition as statistical, but it is not the only
reason. There is other business scenarios that can set or unset the statistical flag on a condition. One of these is the accruals flag in the condition definition
If a condition is marked as relevant for accruals, the statistical flag will be set on the condition even if it is not marked as statistical in the pricing procedure.
