3043359 - Meter Information Table Cannot be Added in the Utilities Move-Out GAF

Symptom

When you try to add Meter Information table in the Move-Out GAF from the Adaptation mode, it is not added into the GAF

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers workcenter.
  2. Go to the Accounts view.
  3. Open the account XYZ(XYZ is the account name).
  4. Choose the Move-Out button.
  5. Go to the Step 2: Services and enter adaptation mode.
  6. Make the Meter Information section visible and Save.

The Meter information section is not added.

Cause

Meter Information section is not available for Move-Out GAF and is available only for Move-In GAF.

Resolution

This is the correct system behavior
