No available columns for Performance Management schema in Story Report

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Report Center
  2. Create a new Story Report
  3. Select any Performance Management schema 
  4. Try to select a column

Resolution

This is expected behavior. When you add a form template table by expanding from a specific template instead of selecting it from All templates.

Expand Form Template-> Join with Form object and select required fields from it.

For example:

Columns under Form Template will be available if we select Form Template Object from All Templates section as highlighted below.
