3043699 - Permission Issue when Agency User Adds a Candidate - Recruiting Management

When an Agency user adds a candidate in the Agency Portal, an error occurs: "Permission odata_api_admin_attachment_import is required. Please check the permission setting for your role at Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Manage Integration Tools > OData API Attachment Import."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. As an Agency user, log into the Agency Portal
2. Add a candidate
3. An error occurs: "Permission odata_api_admin_attachment_import is required. Please check the permission setting for your role at Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Manage Integration Tools > OData API Attachment Import."

The issue seems to be caused by the technical user missing the "OData API Attachment Import" permission in the Data Base.

Disabling and enabling Agency Access again seems to give the "OData API Attachment Import" permission to the technical user and fix the issue.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Manage Recruiting Settings
3. Search for "Agency Access"
4. Disable the setting
5. Save the changes
6. Enable Agency Access again
7. Save the changes

Now the Agency user should be able to add a candidate in the Agency Portal again with no errors.
