3044161 - Integration Center: Job Preview vs. Output - Mismatch

You observe the data shown in the Integration Center job preview screen is not the same as export file which arrives to the SFTP for scheduled runs

(Manual executions [via Run Now] can, in some cases, produce the correct / desired output)

If you have verified that the Current Version & Scheduled Version of the job is the same.
(i.e. issue is not caused by a version mismatch - This can be checked in the "Review & Run" section of the job):

• Generally this behavior points to an identical job scheduled in a different system and is caused by system refresh activities
    
• A recent system / instance refresh has created an identical scheduled job in the refreshed system
    
• The job copy is overwriting the file that is placed in the SFTP by the original job (or vice versa)

The quickest way to avoid the issue is to change the filename in the destination settings so that they are not the same (i.e. no overwrite occurs)

However, we suggest fully re-scheduling / removing one of the jobs from the schedule to avoid any parallel attempts to connect to the same SFTP destination folder as this can cause issues also (as described in KBA: 3044084)
