3044227 - File attachment in Interview Scheduling email – Recruiting Management

In the Contact Candidate screen during Interview Scheduling, users have the option to add an attachment. In the pop-up window, there is a Title section where users can name the attachment and then attach the file. When you click upload, you will see the file attached with the name entered in the Title section. However, when the mail is received by the candidate, this Title is not referenced at all and the file is attached with the original file name.

2. Add an attachment and enter a name into the Title section where users can name the attachment and then attach the file.

3. Click upload, you will see the file attached with the name entered in the Title section. However, when the mail is received by the candidate, this Title is not reference at all and the file is attached with the original file name.

This behavior is expected, the code is used to have title in the User Interface page if there is a need for more than one attachment to be attached you can name them individually.

The name is for the purpose of the UI only and does not resolve in the mail received by the candidate.
