The Read Audit Report is empty despite the sensitive personal data fields being accessed by a user in an adhoc report.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In the candidate profile or application XML Template, mark some fields with the attribute "sensitive="true"".
2. Create an adhoc report to view the values of these sensitive personal data fields of a particular candidate profile or application.
3. Create a read audit report in admin center for this candidate.
4. The read audit report is empty despite a user accessing the values of SPD fields in the ad hoc report.

This is an expected behaviour.

The read audit report will take 24-36 hours to reflect the information. Please allow a lead time of 24-36 hours after the adhoc report was conducted and then generate a new read audit report and the information of what sensitive personal data fields were assessed and by which user will be contained in the new report.
