Resolution
- The option "Hide From Learning Plan" can be used to hide some items. However, this option is available only for Items assigned as Optional through Curricula.
- For self-assigned items, the user will see a 'Remove' option at the same menu shown at #1
- For items that were assigned through Curricula but are required, assigned by manager, etc., then the items can be manually removed by an administrator:
- Navigate to Learning Administration > People > Users >
- Search the required user > open the record >
- Navigate to the 'Assigned Items' tab (to remove items), or 'Curricula' tab (to remove curricula) >
- Click on the three dots at then right side > click on 'Remove'
- To remove Programs, navigate to 'Programs' tab > select the checkbox for the program to be removed > click on the X button
- Mass unassignments can also be done using the Manage Assignments feature, as per Assigning Users to Learning Needs in Bulk
