The compliance/signature forms are generated but fails when sending the envelope details to DocuSign.

1.  Documents Generated successfully in SF but the external user did not receive the forms to be signed via DocuSign
2. Email not triggered to candidate via DocuSign once candidate complete "Compliance Task" or Additional Data Collection Step
3. Candidate should be able to click on "Review Document" via link and Sign the form

Account or user does not have permission to set recipient email notifications

The issue is related to the DocuSign Account that customer has configured in the system. Please enable the following setting in the Docusign account to resolve this issue:

• Enable custom email and language for each recipient
