3044970 - Dump DDIC_MISSING_INCLUDE occurs during upgrade

Symptom

There is an error occurs in phase MAIN_SHDCRE/SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DBCLONE while the upgrade target is S/4HANA 190.

In the SUM log folder, there are errors as below in the file JOB_****.DMP:
