3044970 - DDIC_MISSING_INCLUDE during upgrade

Symptom

When you upgrade to S/4HANA 1909, an error occurs in phase MAIN_SHDCRE/SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DBCLONE

In JOB_****.DMP, you can see error message like below:
