Symptom

  • When using Native Client, the "Delete data from table before loading" command sends a Truncate command to the database.
  • When using ODBC driver, the "Delete data from table before loading" command sends a Delete command to the database.
  • SAP Documentation for Target table options specifies that both connections should send either a Truncate or Delete command only.
