Symptom

When creating Goals from the Performance form in the mobile app you might face the following error message:

  • "Failed to send data. Please try again later" error message OR no response when clicking add goals on the the Performance Form in iOS app.
  • "Error! Please try again" error message when clicking add goals on the the Performance Form in Android app.
