3045469 - Offer Approval Attachment Issue

• When attaching documents to a multiattachmentselection field , the user is able to see all the previous updated documents

1.  Go to Offer >> Offer approval.

Try to upload any document in the field which is the type of "multiattachmentselection". You will notice previously uploaded documents for other candidates are also getting displayed

Any recruiting operator who uploaded documents to any attachment (multiattachment or multiattachmentselection type) field in Job req or offer approal- can view the files attached by him/her in the system and is displayed in the attachment upload popup.

When we proxy or any other operator logs in and  try to upload they cannot see the attachments already populated in the attachment upload popup dialog.
