3045470 - Display options of job application not showing in business rule

When creating business rule on job application display options are not showing in dropdown

go to configure business rule

create New 

Select recruiting rule

select job application 

Try to create a new rule 

Candidate display options are not in the drop down 

For Example candidate source.

This is expected.
