3045658 - Warning "Please maintain the Region of Birth before entering the National ID" during hire - Employee Central

When trying to hire a new employee from France following message appears even though Implementation Guide says to not input any value for Region of Birth:

"Please maintain the Region of Birth before entering the National ID"

System limitation during new hire process as there is a special logic against Region of Birth and National id for France as explains in the following Guide:

Because of another system limitation, system does not support picklist selection for France on the hire wizard as explains KBA 259931 then to avoid future issues is recommended to insert a value for Region of Birth just after the hire and ignore the warning message as this should not block the hire process.
