Why do I see Invalid Fields status in the Job Posting Table for some job boards?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Invalid Fields status is displayed for certain job boards, in the job postings table when the job board's system sends back error messages because of one or more incorrectly populated fields while posting your job. If you click on Invalid Fields, you will get details concerning the error we received.

Please note that the details displayed are reflecting the status message sent by the job board system to Recruiting Posting. Thus, for any further clarification about the status, you have to contact the job board.

How to have a job board added to this list?

First your must make sure with the job board that on its side a complete documentation listing the description of errors is available and that this job board is able to send us a feedback on how well the job posting went on its side.

Then the job board must contact us following, as for any other job board integration update, the process described in SAP Knowledge Base Article 2773045.
