3045754 - Could not install content package on SAP Work Zone for HR

• When installing a content package on SAP WorkZone, the following error is displayed:
  "Could not install the <CONTENT_PACKAGE_NAME> content package".
  
  
• Checking the report, we see the following error:
  "Deployment of content <CONTENT_PACKAGE_NAME>, version: <CONTENT_PACKAGE_VERSION> failed for Destination 'Workflow_API' does not exist for deploying workflow modules. Please create a workflow service instance under a space in subaccount, and create a destination from the workflow instance".

SAP Work Zone for HR

The creation of a Workflow instance and destination is not a part of the onboarding of SAP Work Zone for HR.

1. Make sure you have Workflow_API destination created in SAP BTP Cockpit.
2. Make sure that the Workflow service entitlements are enabled into the Subaccount. Kindly check the following steps:

1. 1. Go to your subaccount
   2. Go to entitlements and add the Workflow service to it
   3. Access to the service marketplace
   4. Select the Workflow tile and then create a Workflow instance and destination on your Subaccount
