3045795 - Accept match button appears for cancelled Onboardees - Onboarding

You have cancelled the Onboarding process for a user and you are now trying to hire this employee directly in Employee Central.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Cancel the Onboarding process for a user who is already in Manage Pending Hires step;
2. Try to hire this same user through "Add New Employee"  page in Employee Central;
3. The accept match button will show up.

This is happening because the Onboardee data was not purged.

In order to avoid the data matching for cancelled processes in Add New Employee page, you must purge the onboarding process data.
