3045936 - SNOTE: The system is currently updated using the Software Update Manager (SUM)

Symptom

During upgrade or conversion to S/4HANA, SUM tool prompts to implement several notes including Note 2502552.

And this note requires to implement a TCI Note 2910131. After uploading its TCI package and when you try to implement the note, SNOTE gives error message:

"The system is currently updated using the Software Update Manager (SUM)"

*This prerequisite note number may be changed, check the latest description in Note 2502552
