Symptom
"We couldn't connect to your HANA system. Please ask your system...". message is received in Story Reports intermittently.
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

- Report Center - Story Reports
Reproducing the Issue
- Access the Report Center
- Try to create a new Report Story
- The error "We couldn't connect to your HANA system. Please ask your system" is received
Resolution
To correct this behavior it is required to reset the Chrome browser as per the steps below:
The same can be performed in Edge by navigating to Settings > Reset settings > Restore settings to their default values.
