3046075 - Updating a Welcome Message Descriptor for New Hires

Update description/instructions message in New Hire Activities for:

• Write a Welcome Message
• Assign a Learning Buddy
• Request Access/Equipment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

To change the default message in the description of the New Hire Activities where instructions are provided for each activity, please maintain the labels on the csv file found below.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Search for Manage Languages
3. Choose the desired language and if any custom label was created underneath.
4. Click on the three dots in the further right side and the option to download the custom label will show.
5. Download the custom labels and see locate the current text for the description you are looking to change.
6. Make any changes needed and save with the same format.
7. Go back to step 4 and choose the option to upload, to upload the new updated file with labels.
