Getting an error when trying to refer a friend to job on Internal Career Site (ICS) Powered by CSB.

• An error occurred while submitting your referral. Please try again later.
• An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring.

1. Go to Careers.
2. Go to any job requisition.
3. Click the button 'Refer a Friend'.
4. Provide information and submit.
5. Error occurs. Error message displayed can be "An error occurred while submitting your referral. Please try again later" or "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring".

Candidate Profile Template needs "homePhone" and "country" fields with read and write permissions configured for ICS Refer a Friend flow.

1. Please configure "homePhone" and "country" standard fields in Candidate Profile Template and give required read and write permissions to candidates.
2. Refresh the metadata via OData API Metadata Refresh and Export.

Note: The error can also happen if the "Active Content Detection" setting in Provisioning → Company Settings is enabled. The setting when enabled will scan documents uploaded, such as Candidate Resumes, and will return the same error if it finds issues with the Document.
