3046509 - Chinese Keywords are not Returning any Picklist Value for Country Field in External Career Site - Recruiting Management

In external career site, when using Simplified Chinese to create a new candidate account, in "Country/Region of Residence" field, inputting "台" or “台湾” does not work. However, when switching to English Language, inputting “T", countries starting with "T " (i.e. Taiwan) will be displayed.

Prerequisite: your system language is Chinese

1. Go to External Career Site
2. Create a new account
3. In "Country/Region of Residence" field, input "台" or “台湾”
4. No country comes up

If you switch the language to English and input a letter (i.e. T), the first country alphabetically starting with that letter (i.e. Taiwan) will appear. 

It is an expected behaviour. 

In Chinese language we need Chinese input method to import Chinese characters. Without using Chinese input methods the values cannot be populated. For other languages, the script is in English hence it is able to populate the values, but for Chinese it is completely different.
