Symptom

Approver could not see detailed information for verified journal entries in My Inbox.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Processor submitted journal entries in app Verify General Journal Entries - For Requester.

2. Approver received notification.

3. Approver checked the journal entries in My Inbox.

Cause

Use app Verified General Journal Entries - For Processor (Inbox) to check the details of verified journal entries.
